Receive a tailored development plan and sign-up for an optional personalized coaching designed to help you grow as a unique leader, strengthening your leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
The Level One debrief helps individuals understand their unique wiring and potential challenges to serving. This one-hour, video-driven session highlights key insights from the assessment tools.
Level One Debrief
A two-hour, video-based debrief covering teamwork and leadership potential. It compares your skills, knowledge, and behaviors to a specific target role. The process integrates insights from all instruments to generate a 15-20 page coaching report.
Level Two Debrief
A deeper insight into a leader’s competencies and personal history. This eight-hour, in-person assessment involves both you and your spouse. Additional tools like 360 assessments and Couples Reports provide broader context, while life-planning tools assess past behavior and relational health under stress. Ideal for executive roles, this process delivers a detailed 25-30 page coaching report.
